People-first local service content

Editorial Policy

Servhom content is written to help homeowners make better decisions, not to create thin pages at scale. Pages should earn indexing by being useful, local, accurate, and transparent about uncertainty.

Editorial Standards

  • Pages should help a homeowner choose, compare, verify, or prepare for a home service decision.
  • Local pages need real local signals, useful provider data, and working user actions before indexing.
  • Generic copy with only city or service names swapped should stay noindex or unpublished.
  • Price ranges should show sample count, confidence, and source policy before being presented as benchmarks.

Sources And Attribution

Servhom distinguishes first-party platform data, business-submitted data, business website facts, government or license records, approved API data, manual research, and user submissions. Important factual claims should have provenance where practical.

Corrections

If you believe a page contains inaccurate information, contact hello@servhom.com with the page URL, the claim at issue, and any source that supports the correction.
